5. Cancellation and Refunds

6. User Responsibilities

7. Shop Owner Responsibilities

Shop owners agree to:

• Maintain accurate product listings and inventory
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Provide accurate pricing information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Delivery Partners

Delivery partners are independent contractors responsible for transporting orders from shops to customers. Vazp is not responsible for the actions of delivery partners while performing delivery services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vazp platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Vazp and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vazp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
